Loan Brokerage
We can provide financing for a wide variety of scenarios using agency, non QM and private money loans. Our main focus on government insured consumer loans with a heavy concentration on VA. To date we have closed over 3.5 Billion dollars of specialized home loans. In 2021 our total loan closings were over 500 million dollars. Real Estate Investment

James Lunnen
James M. Lunnen graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Finance from California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo. He then received post graduate certification in Real Estate Development/Finance from the University of California, Irvine. James is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has his license endorsement through the NMLS. He worked under the Deputy Director of the Small Business Administration in Washington DC before becoming a partner at Lunnen Real Estate Development Company. During this time, Jim put together commercial and residential real estate development deals and arranged financing for these projects. In 2007 he took his knowledge gained in the commercial real estate industry and applied it to residential home loans. James Lunnen and his team of Loan Officers and Processors are responsible for funding over 3 billion dollars of residential home loans. This was accomplished through focus on product, personnel and process. Beyond traditional loans, Jim is the managing partner of an investment group that invests 1st Trust Deeds. Outside of the mortgage industry, Jim has been active in Real Estate Brokerage, Development and Investment.
